Experience the artistry of tradition in this CMAG floortalk and workshop with Canberra Quilters, celebrating the exhibition Stitching Stories - 50 Years of Canberra Quilters.

With Wendy Saclier from Canberra Quilters, enjoy a guided tour of the exhibition and learn Sashiko and Boro, Japanese decorative stitching techniques used to mend, reinforce and beautify worn cloth.

All materials will be provided and you are welcome to bring a textile you would like to upcycle. Be inspired by the exhibition and the shared pleasure of viewing and stitching together.
