This International Women's Day, we're celebrating women in STEM with a very special in-conversation event with Katherine Bennell-Pegg, the first person qualified as an astronaut under the Australian flag.
Join us to hear Katherine speak about her fascinating journey towards achieving her childhood dream of becoming an astronaut and her current work with the Australian Space Agency, where she is at the forefront of efforts to develop Australia's space capabilities. This is a truly unique opportunity to meet and hear from one of Australia's leading experts in space technology. In-person tickets include a light morning tea after the event.
This event is in association with the current Outer Space: Stromlo with the Stars exhibition and supported by the Australian Space Agency.
