Empowering women on International Women's Day 2024, in their health and wellness through the practice of yoga and meditation. 

As a gentle start to the 2024 BOLD Festival this yoga practice will include traditional hatha yoga poses, meditation, and breathing practices. It will bring a softening to the mind, body, and soul through a gentle flow that slows the nervous system, and increases flexibility and mobility to the whole body. Bringing women into harmony and deep rest with themselves.

Please BYO yoga mat and any props you might use and meet in the CMAG foyer.

Class run by Liz Wensing who is a Health and Wellness Coach, Yoga Instructor, Feminine Embodiment Practitioner and Exercise and Movement Coach.
